Is the free plan really free?
Yes, free forever, no card required. Chatting with Rumicasa, basic document storage and the VvE knowledge base cost nothing, for as long as you want them. You only pay when you buy a one-off document or service, or when you choose Premium.
What if we only need help once a year?
Then pay as you go. Most HOAs really only have a few big moments in a year, like the annual financial report and the general meeting. Stay free the rest of the time and pay a fixed, up-front price for those, with nothing recurring.
